"This painting is born thinking of my father. I reinterpreted a photography taken by him of my mother and me as a baby on her lap. We are in a very special place of the house accompanied by elements that talks about him: the swallow, the vertical lines like a shelf full of books, the soccer ball, the sickle, the wine bottle, the pidgeons, the fish from the estuary... I chose a warm color range to try to convey closeness,affection and love. A small tribute for a very special person."
